FW Standard West Central Florida Fishing Locations Chart
The standard FishWhere Database for the Tampa region out to 120 miles (these are the same locations provided with the software's database). The map contains 780 locations, and their GPS Lat/Lon's are listed individually in the Legend. Locations are color coded by type, such as Wrecks, Ledges, Springs, etc. The map contains the latest detailed Artificial Reef deployments from the Fish and Wildlife Commission. The map is 24 x 60 inches, and is printed on Premium Gloss thick Poster paper with "Wet Strength" (Indoor/Temporary Outdoor Use).
Manatee and Sarasota Artificial Reefs The standard FishWhere Database for the Tampa region contains the latest Artificial Reef deployments derived from the Fish and Wildlife Commission, and there are over 400 in this area alone! Many of these are actually different deployments within the same Artificial Reef complex, and a few reefs have over 30 separate "piles" - typically within 100 feet of each other. We have reduced these to the corner "piles" that mark the edges of each complex, and compiled all the others into a single map with 99 Artificial Reef locations. We've also thrown in a few locations along the Gulfstream Gas Pipeline. Their names, GPS Lat/Lon's, and materials in the piles are listed in the legend on the right side of the map. The chart is 11 x 17 inches, laminated, and fully waterproof - roll it up and take it on the boat with you!
Manatee and Sarasota Inshore Artificial Reefs The standard FishWhere Database for the Tampa region contains the latest Artificial Reef deployments derived from the Fish and Wildlife Commission, and there are over 400 in this area alone! Many of these are actually different deployments within the same Artificial Reef complex, and a few reefs have over 30 separate "piles" - typically within 100 feet of each other. We have kept ALL of the Bay reefs, and reduced some piles in the offshore reefs into a single chart with 110 Artificial Reef locations. Their names, GPS Lat/Lon's, and materials in the piles are listed in the legend on the right side of the chart. The map is 11 x 17 inches, laminated, and fully waterproof - roll it up and take it on the boat with you!

Gulfstream Gas Pipeline Hot Spots The Gulfstream pipeline (completed in 2005) originates near Mobile, Ala., and crosses the Northeast Gulf of Mexico with more than 430 miles of 36-inch diameter steel pipe to Manatee County. In deeper water, the pipeline lies on the seafloor, but is buried as it approaches the Tampa shipping channel. Despite being buried near the coast, there are many features remaining on the bottom. Any fish migrating along Florida's west coast will cross this pipeline, which is why it has become one of the best fishing hotspots in this area! The "Reel-Nauti" fishing team has worked this pipeline intensively out to 100 miles. In partnership with them, we have compiled 39 "best-of" locations along the pipeline that hold the greatest and most consistent fish concentrations. Three wrecks near the pipeline are also included, along with a "can't miss" bait buoy at the eastern end to load up when you start the day. Each location's name (where relevant) and GPS Lat/Lon are listed in the legend on the right side of the chart. The chart is 11 x 17 inches, laminated, and fully waterproof - roll it up and take it on the boat with you! These locations are NOT included in the standard FW software database. If you have FW software, we can provide the digital data by e-mail at reduced cost, and you can easily add this to your current FW location database. Price includes shipping for mailed maps.
Wrecks of Manatee and Sarasota (within 40 miles) Wrecks can be among the best and most challenging fishing locations! There are many well-known and popular wrecks in the area, but there are far more that are undocumented and/or not widely known. The "Reel-Nauti" fishing team has worked the area's wrecks intensively for decades. In partnership with them, we have compiled 47 "best-of" wreck locations within 40 miles of the coast. Each wreck's name, GPS Lat/Lon, and a brief description (where relevant) are listed in the legend on the right side of the chart. The chart is 11 x 17 inches, laminated, and fully waterproof - roll it up and take it on the boat with you! 27 of these wreck locations are NOT included in the standard FW software database. If you have FW software, we can provide the digital data by e-mail at reduced cost, and you can easily add these to your current FW location database. Price includes shipping for mailed maps.
Natural Bottom 10-30 miles off Manatee and Sarasota Natural Bottom formations consist of Ledges, Potholes, Coral, Springs, Sinkholes, etc. These are among the best bottom fishing spots for Grouper, Snapper, etc. They can often hold pelagic species such as Kingfish and Tuna! The FW author and the "Reel-Nauti" fishing team has worked this large area intensively for decades. In partnership with them, we have compiled 157 "best-of" Natural Bottom locations from 10-30 miles of the coast. Each location's name, GPS Lat/Lon, and a brief description (where relevant) are listed in the legend on the right side of the chart. The chart is 11 x 17 inches, laminated, and fully waterproof - roll it up and take it on the boat with you! 135 of these bottom locations are NOT included in the standard FW software database. If you have FW software, we can provide the digital data by e-mail at reduced cost, and you can easily add these to your current FW location database. Price includes shipping for mailed maps.
